We offer a 60-day return policy
The user (buyer) has the right to notify the Seller within 60 days from the date of receipt of the ordered items that the buyer is cancelling the purchase contract without having to give a reason for such a decision. The buyer must return the items to the Seller at the buyer’s own expense.
Return of purchased products
You must submit the notice of withdrawal along with the return form or with an unequivocal statement clearly indicating that you are withdrawing from the contract, to [email protected]

Purchased items must be returned to the Seller at the buyer’s own expense within 60 days of the date of the notice of withdrawal from the purchase contract.
Purchased items must be returned to the Seller undamaged, in their original packaging and unchanged in quantity, unless the items are destroyed, damaged, lost or reduced in quantity, without any fault on the part of the user (buyer).
If the postal package in which the user (buyer) received the items ordered is physically damaged, the recipient should not take delivery of the package without a certificate of damage from the carrier, as it is necessary to initiate a claim procedure with the carrier.

When returning products, make sure to include the completed Product return form, which can be found HERE (click). To arrange a complaint, send a picture of the box, the label on the box and a picture of all the products received.
We advise you to send your parcel by registered post with a delivery note so that your claim can be resolved, even in the case of a lost parcel, on the basis of the delivery note via tracking number. You can send us the delivery note and the name of the carrier by email to [email protected].
The Seller shall refund to the buyer the total purchase price paid by the buyer at the time of placing the order or the purchase price of the items that have been returned to the Seller.
For returned items, the Seller shall refund the purchase price to the buyer no later than 14 days after receipt of the return of the package to the Nutrisslim warehouse. The refund shall be made by the Seller to the personal or transaction account of the user (buyer) from which the payment was made or which the buyer indicated on the refund form.
Did you get the wrong items in the package?
If you have received the wrong or damaged items, please send a claim to [email protected] with details (To arrange a complaint, send a picture of the box, the label on the box and a picture of all the products received.) within 8 days of receiving the package. We will check whether you are entitled to a replacement with new items and provide instructions accordingly. Please include your order number in the relevant line and provide all your details (first name, last name, address and telephone number) in the message so that we can easily locate your order and process your request promptly.
Were any items missing in the package?
We know that receiving your order in full is important to you, which is why this is also important to us! We will do absolutely everything possible to ship your order on time and in good condition.
Please contact [email protected] within 8 days so that we can arrange delivery for the missing products. Include your order number in the subject line and in the message send us photos of all the products received, the box in which the products arrived and the label of the delivery service that is on the box.
Only claims that meet all of the above conditions will be positively resolved.
