Ingredients: Maltodextrin, ashwagandha, magnesium citrate 15%, L-tyrosine vegan, kelp, natural lemon aroma (2%), beetroot powder (1%), steviol glycosides (0.2%), selenium 1% .
The recommended daily amount is 5g (1 scoop) twice a day, half an hour before a meal. Mix in a glass of water.

Pregnant woman and breastfeeding mothers are not advised to consume the product. In the case of high blood pressure, its use is not recommended.
