Vegan chocolate mango pie
This pie is completely gluten and refined sugar-free, raw, vegan, light and delicious!
It only takes 15 minutes to make, although you should keep it in the fridge overnight so it hardens.
Super healthy and perfect for those instances when you are craving something sweet.
INGREDIENTS
Pie base:
- 250 g oats
- 200 g dates
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
- 2 tablespoons cacao butter
- 1 banana
Fruit filling:
- 2 heaping tablespoons of apricot jam
- 1 ripe mango
Chocolate filling:
- 400 g chocolate
- 500 mL sweetened condensed coconut milk
METHOD
- Blend the oats to get oat flour. Also, blend the dates and the banana. Mix all the blended ingredients together and spread the mixture on a prepared baking tin using your fingers.
- Spread jam on the base and then put on the thinly sliced mango.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave or over a steam bath. Add the sweetened condensed coconut milk and mix well. Pour the mixture over the mango and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
