What are the ingredients?
– 300 gr of (crushed) boiled chestnuts
– 160 gr of melted dark chocolate or cocoa powder
– half a cup of coconut cream (you can also use regular cream)
– 60 gr coconut oil
– sweetener (optional)

First, whisk the chestnut puree and melted coconut oil, then add all the other ingredients. Mix everything well and sweeten to taste. Take a baking pan, cover it with foil and add the mass throughout the pan evenly. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 5 hours. Voila! We cut the dessert into cubes and serve it. For an extra mix of flavours, you can add a tablespoon of sour cream.

What are the ingredients?
rice drink powder cocoa
– 1 TBS. cream
– 50 gr chocolate
– 1 tsp. cinnamon
– 1 tsp. coconut sugar (optional)

We recommend you to find your favourite cup and pour 2 dcl of hot water into it. Add 3 teaspoons of cocoa-flavoured rice drink powder and all other ingredients. Stir well and wait a minute. Then you can add some cream and sprinkle with cinnamon, chocolate crumbs or cocoa over it.

OAT FLAKES WITH NUTS, FRUIT AND PEANUT BUTTER

This is a real energy bomb, and is especially suitable for the busy days. You can also be very creative when preparing it, so that the final product will look as good as it really is. You will need max 10 minutes to prepare it!

What are the ingredients?
– 1 cup oat flakes
– milk
– 1-2 tsp. peanut butter
– apple (or any other fruit of your choice)
– nuts
– If desired, you can add: honey, cinnamon or ground nuts

Pour warm water or milk over the oat flakes and cook until thickened. If you want a sweeter breakfast, you can add cinnamon or cocoa while cooking. Then, put the flakes into a bowl and add the peanut butter. The advantage of oatmeal is that you can adjust it to your taste – so there is no wrong combination.
