Tasty protein pudding recipe
Chocolate protein pudding with fruit is a great treat or even breakfast. A quick and healthy dessert that you will definitely love.
Ingredients (for 2 portions):
- 2 dcl plant-based milk
- 30 g chocolate protein pudding (click)
- coconut chips
- 1 banana
- strawberries
- 1/2 pomegranate
- pecan nuts
Directions:
Blend the chocolate protein pudding powder and vegetable milk in a blender, until pudding is obtained. Slice the banana and strawberries, and add the pomegranate. Serve all together in a bowl, sprinkle with coconut chips and pecans.
