Homemade Caramel Banana Ice Cream

Homemade Caramel Banana Ice Cream is perfect for a hot summer day when we want to cool down quick but at the same time satisfy the craving for something sweet.
Most ice-creams sold at the grocery store contain a lot of sugar and ingredients we can’t even recognise.
Allow us to introduce a recipe for homemade ice-cream made out of completely natural and high-quality ingredients and it even tastes better than you think.
INGREDIENTS
Ice-cream:
- 5 frozen bananas (sliced)
- 2 dcl coconut rice drink powder
- a pinch of cinnamon
Caramel:
- 1 heaping tablespoon of peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons of agave syrup
METHOD
- Blend the bananas and the rice drink.
- Spread the ice-cream evenly in a bowl and put it in the freezer for a few minutes.
- In another bowl, mix the peanut butter and agave syrup till you are left with a creamy mixture.
- Take the ice-cream out of the freezer, pour over the caramel and mix gently. Then put it back to the freezer for at least two hours and serve.
