Delicious protein brownies recipe
Insanely delicious protein brownies with dark chocolate and raspberries. A healthy dessert that you can enjoy after a workout. This is our new favourite dessert! Vegan, paleo, gluten free, milk, egg and flour free.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 2 cups of dates
- 4 tbs. of raw cocoa powder
- 1 cup of chocolate protein powder
- 4 tbs. of coconut oil
- 4 tbs. of agave syrup
- 1 cup of frozen raspberries
Topping:
- 1 cup of fresh raspberries
- 3/4 cup of dark chocolate, melted
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 170 C and line the baking tray with baking paper. Mix all the ingredients in a powerful blender (you may need to do this in two steps – depending on the size of your blender). Blend until smooth texture. Pour the mass in a baking pan and bake for 20 minutes. The core must still be moist. Check if baked with a toothpick.
Once baked, let it cool for 20-30 minutes, then sprinkle the top with raspberries and melted dark chocolate. Place the brownies in the refrigerator. When the chocolate layer hardens, the protein brownies can be cut into cubes.
