Delicious banana bread
This banana bread recipe is one of the easiest recipes we have ever tried. Not only is it simple and delicious, but it is also healthy. In addition, we can add nuts, granola, and of course we can also add chocolate chips, which perfectly combine with bananas.
We truly believe that banana bread is something you can make anytime, anywhere, with a blender or fork – whenever you have some bananas that are soft and overripe.
Our famous Slovenian athlete Katja Babič has prepared a super healthy banana bread for you, which will take only 10 minutes of your time.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
- 100 g cocoa butter
- 1 egg (optional)
- 50 g coconut sugar
- 180 g flour
- 20 g cocoa powder
- pinch of salt
- 10 g baking powder
- 1 tsp. of cinnamon
- cranberries
- Mango (soaked in water + vanilla aroma)
- coconut
DIRECTIONS
- Mash the bananas.
- Heat up the butter at 40°C.
- Mix the egg and add the sugar – whisk everything together.
- Sift flour and cocoa powder.
- Mix everything together and finally add the dried fruit.
- Bake at 180° C, 50 min.
