Curcuma face mask

Did you know that Curcuma is so versatile that it can be used in skincare too?

Curcuma is great for the skin because of its anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and antibacterial effects. It is especially successful in eliminating redness, skin infections and the first signs of ageing. How can you make a miraculous golden mask that gets rid of so many skin problems?

Ingredients:

• 1/2 teaspoon bio Curcuma
• 1/2 teaspoon MSM powder
• 1 tablespoon of yoghurt
• 1/2 teaspoon extra virgin coconut oil

How can you make it and use it?

Mix all the listed ingredients together and apply on a cleansed face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse with warm water.
