Cinnamon roll porridge
Ingredients for 1 person
- 160 ml water
- 30 g Nature’s Finest rice powder drink
- pinch of salt
- ½ tsp. cinnamon powder
- 2 whole cloves
- 70 g oat flakes
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- 2 drops of vanilla extract
- 1 TBS. bright raisins
- 2 tsp. flax seeds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 TBS. coconut oil
- 60 g coconut sugar

Directions
- Quickly rinse the oat flakes and add them in a pan with water, rice drink powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon, cloves, agave syrup and vanilla extract. Mix the ingredients and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- While the flakes are cooking, grind the flax seeds with a grinder or blender. Put them in a small bowl and add a few tablespoons of water.
- Prepare the cinnamon paste: Melt the coconut oil over a water bath, add the cinnamon and coconut sugar, stir and remove from the heat.
- When the flakes are cooked, remove the cloves, then add the raisins and the flax seeds. Transfer the porridge to a bowl and decorate it with cinnamon paste. You can also add some sugar glaze.
