An interesting way of preparing it
He Shou Wu or Fo-Ti is a root of a climbing plant. Soon after harvesting, the root is cut and boiled in water with black beans (in a ratio of 10: 1) until the water evaporates, then the prepared root is dried. This is what makes he shou wu a rejuvenating herb. This process has been going on for about 1,500 years. In case the plant is not prepared in this way, it will not have the same effect. Uncooked He Shou Wu is often used against acne and can have a strong laxative effect.

Using He Shou Wu
It can be consumed in the form of a finely ground powder mixed in any liquid (water, juice, ..). 1 teaspoon in the morning and can take another in the afternoon.
