Face yoga is a training of facial muscles that helps maintain a youthful appearance in a natural way. The technique is based on creating resistance and resistance and opposite resistance, which is achieved through various movements of the muscles on the face and with the help of the palms. Together with Patricija, we prepared a 3-minute ritual, for all beginners. It includes 4 basic face yoga exercises and a simple tension release technique.
Try to feel each exercise, within your capabilities. When performing the exercises, you’ll be able to feel the warmth on your face and, as with any body workout, the tension in your muscles. Slight discomfort may be present, and too much tension, pain, or discomfort is a sign that you are exercising too hard.
Perform the exercises with clean hands. It is recommended to apply a face serum before the ritual and a cream / oil after it. It is also recommended that you do the exercises without make-up, however make-up should not hinder you.
