Protein pancakes recipe
Protein pancakes are a great idea for breakfast or dessert. For anyone who has run out of ideas for a healthy breakfast or just a post-workout protein meal. Fluffy, healthy and full of protein!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of plant-based milk (rice, almond)
- 2 tsp. of raw cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 cups of flour
- 2 tsp. of chocolate protein
- 2 tsp. of agave syrup (or sweetener of your choice)
- 2 tsp. of baking powder
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- coconut oil
Directions:
Mix the agave syrup or the desired sweetener into the milk. Sift the flour, cocoa powder, protein powder, salt and baking powder. Mix everything well and use a hot pan to bake the delicious pancakes.
If the mass seems too thick just add some water and stir again.
Use your favourite chocolate spread, vanilla cream or agave syrup.
