Healthy plum crumble
Ingredients
- 50 g oat flakes or Bio Body Cleanse Muesli
- 20 g coconut chips
- 25 g sesame
- 20 g pumpkin seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
Fruit filling:
- 250 g pitted plums
- 1 teaspoon water
- 12 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- grated bio lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients for the crumble, then stir in the melted coconut oil and sweetener. Mix well.
Put the pitted and quartered plums into a small saucepan.
Add a few drops of water, cinnamon, lemon zest and sweetener. Simmer over low heat for a few minutes to soften the plums and make them juicier. Stir while cooking.
Coat the baking tray with oil, add half of the crumble mixture, then half of the fruit filling, a little more crumble and the other half of the plums. Finish with another third of the crumble, place in the oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until the oats are slightly golden.
