Healthy homemade alternative to snickers
Healthy and homemade version of the favourite chocolate bar, easily made at home and enjoyed guilt-free.
Made only from natural ingredients, without all refined sugars and is suitable for vegans!
The preparation will only take 15 minutes – and the taste will definitely surprise you!
INGREDIENTS
The bottom layer with oat flakes:
- 170 g cocoa butter
- 110 g coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp. of Himalayan salt
- 240 g oat flakes
Top peanut butter layer:
- 175 g dark chocolate (or cocoa powder mixed with cocoa butter )
- 258 g peanut butter
DIRECTIONS
- Melt the dark chocolate and add the peanut butter to it. Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan, then add the sugar, Himalayan salt and oat flakes.
- Mix everything together and cook a bit (not too much so that a sticky thick mixture does not form).
- Pour the mixture in a baking tray. Once we have the oat flakes layer nicely arranged, we add the chocolate peanut butter mixture on top of it.
- Repeat the same again.
- When finished, leave the prepared dessert to rest for about 2 hours in the refrigerator (or overnight).
- Take the baking tray out of the fridge and cut the homemade Snickers into pieces of any size.
