Vegan sugar-free brownies
THE BEST HOMEMADE vegan chocolate brownies we’ve ever made. Soft, super chocolatey and completely dairy and egg-free, therefore completely vegan. A simple recipe that will take you only 30 minutes.
This recipe defies all real brownie rules. They are completely butter-free, and even though there are no eggs in the recipe, they have that gooey middle we all love.
Vegan brownies usually have one common thing with non-vegan brownies – they contain a large amount of sugar and make many not want to enjoy this sinful dessert. NOW YOU DON’T HAVE TO! Our recipe is completely high calorie sugar-free – we added our Nature’s finest erythritol.

INGREDIENTS:
- 250 ml of water
- 400 g flour
- 150 g erythritol Nature’s Finest
- 1 pinch Himalayan salt Nature’s Finest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 150 g BIO cacao powder Nature’s Finest
- 1 dl coconut oil Nature’s Finest
- 0,5 teaspoon baking powder
- 150 g dark chocolate chips
METHOD:
- Pour water in a saucepan and add half of the flour. Mix constantly on low heat until the flour thickens, then take off the heat and let cool.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
- In a bowl mix together Nature’s finest erythritol, Himalayan salt, vanilla extract, BIO cacao and coconut oil/butter. Add the flour and water mixture and mix until you get a unified batter. Finally add the rest of the flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Let the brownies cool and then cut into cubes. Put on a plate, sprinkle with cacao and coconut flakes and serve.
