3 ideas for healthy fit recipes

Protein Chia pudding with chocolate flavour
Ingredients- 1 TBS. cocoa powder
- 25g vegan chocolate protein powder
- 400ml plant-based milk
- 1 TBS. rice drink powder
- 5 TBS. Chia seeds
- 1 TBS. agave syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Put cocoa powder, rice drink powder and 2dcl of plant-based milk in a bowl. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Add the rest of the milk, chocolate protein powder, chia seeds, agave syrup and vanilla. Mix everything together until the mixture is smooth and the cocoa dissolves completely (2-3 minutes).
- Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until the chia seeds absorb the liquid and the mixture thickens.
- Serve with fresh fruit or flakes.
Patties with oat flakes and carrots
Ingredients- 100 g oat flakes
- 3 big carrots
- 5 TBS. ground flax seeds
- 15 TBS. water
- pinch of Himalayan salt
- pepper
- fresh chopped herbs (optional)
- Grate the carrots and place in a larger bowl. Grind 1 handful of oat flakes and add to the bowl of carrots along with the rest of the flakes and chopped herbs.
- Prepare a flaxseed “egg”: Mix 5 tablespoons of flaxseed with 15 tablespoons of water. Stir well and wait for 15 minutes.
- Add the flaxseed “egg” to the bowl with the carrots and flakes and mix everything together. The mass must be sticky and not brittle. If it is brittle, add a little more water.
- When the texture is right, we start shaping the patties. We place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Bake the patties in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, or until they become crispy and golden brown.
Banana bars with chocolate granola
Ingredients- 2 ripe bananas
- 5 dates without the seeds
- 400 g chocolate granola
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pinch of Himalayan salt
- 1 TBS. ground flax seeds
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Soak the dates in water for about 2 hours before preparing the banana bars.
- Peel the bananas and mix with the dates with a blender. Add agave syrup, vanilla, cinnamon powder and a pinch of salt to the mass. Then add the ground flax seeds and chocolate granola to the mixture.
- Mix everything lightly, pour the mixture into a small baking pan, previously lined with baking paper. Place in the oven and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
